Complete your 2019-20 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beginning October 1, 2018!
Did you know that all students can apply for financial aid for the Fall 2019-Spring 2020 academic year beginning October 1, 2018. This year you will not have to wait to have your federal income taxes completed prior to completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA for the 2019-2020 will required your 2017 tax information that has already been completed. Students and parents should take advantage of using the IRS data retrieval tool when completing the FAFSA. This process will allow your 2017 tax return information to be transferred automatically to your FAFSA.
We HIGHLY recommend that all students take advantage of applying for financial aid early !

Your Social Security Number

Your parents' Social Security numbers if you are a dependent student

Your driver's license (if any)

W-2 Forms from 2017 and other records of any money earned

Your(and/or your parents') Federal Income Tax Return, or tax return from Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Federated State of Micronesia

Any untaxed income records for 2017. Example: payments to tax deferred pension and savings plans, tax exempt interest and child support received in 2017

Records of taxable earnings from Federal Work-Study or other need-based work programs in 2017

Records of any grants, scholarships, and fellowship aid that was included in your or your parents' 2017 adjusted gross income (AGI)

Any current bank statements

Any current business and investment mortgage information, business and farm records, stock, bonds and other investment records

Documentation that you are a U.S. permanent resident or other eligible noncitizen if applicable
