Class Year: 2020
Major: Business Studies

“I had to pack my things and leave the U.S. in one day,” Bleuset said. “it was a really stressful day/adventure back home.” Home happens to be La Rochelle, France, a bit of a trek.

“The best time I had at Stockton was when I was with my two roommates Kirsten and Janet and also my four friends from Colombia. We spent a lot of time all together on campus and visiting Philadelphia, North Jersey and New York. We really had the best time sharing food from each of our countries (USA, Mexico, Colombia and France). I also really enjoyed being part of the World Language Tables and met awesome people there!”

This grant brought a small group of Colombian Journalism students to Stockton, where they are working with Mariana Smith, assistant professor of Visual Arts and other Stockton faculty.

"At first, Stockton was just a place where my previous university, Lebanese American University, had an exchange program. But the more research I did, the more I saw Stockton as a place to grow and evolve, and that is exactly what it gave me a chance to do. I found Stockton to have the environment best suited for me, while at the same time being affordable.

Wherever you're from, whoever you are, Stockton has a place for you!"

"I chose Stockton mostly because of my sister. She was the first one in the family to go study abroad, and she chose Stockton as her destination. When she visited home, she always told me stories about the university, the campus life as well as the opportunities she got while attending Stockton. After hearing about her experience at Stockton, the excitement was building up in me, so I applied and got accepted."
