Join the Atlantic City Free Public Library (ACFPL) for its 11th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Read-In and Luncheon at the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University. Selected community members, local officials, and staff from the ACFPL will read some of Dr. King’s speeches and talk about the impact of his life and legacy.
The library will provide free parking and lunch for attendees of this event. Registration is required.

A professional development workshop for K-12 educators presented by Why the Humanities Matter Institute for Teachers.
In this workshop, you’ll explore practical strategies for teaching with digitally
accessible primary sources in the humanities classroom.Teachers will leave with ready-to-use
lesson plans and innovative project ideas designed to spark curiosity, build critical
thinking skills, and make history and literature more relevant and engaging.
