Colonel Kenneth R. Stow Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament
One of the many challenges endured by service members returning home from war is attending college for the first time. This transition can be even more difficult when students encounter a sudden financial hardship. Stockton University seeks to help by providing financial support for these unexpected situations.
On Thursday, May 2, 2019, Stockton University will host our annual Colonel Kenneth R. Stow Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament at Ron Jaworski's Blue Heron Pines Golf Club. This tournament was created to help assist military students experiencing a hardship by providing financial assistance for meals, housing, books, and other necessities. While the GI Bill and other benefits provide for some educational expenses, service members and veterans often encounter costs preventing them from reaching their educational goals.
With your assistance, we can ensure all military-affiliated students are supported throughout their academic career. All donations are tax-deductible, and 100% of the net proceeds go directly to Stockton’s military students. This includes Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves, and Veterans.
