Tuesdays 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, & 8/24/21, C/D Atrium, Stockton University Main Campus | Designed for beginners to those looking to get back into an exercise routine. Meet Tuesdays to learn a routine that you can take home and repeat later in the week. We’ll cover balance, strength and cardio. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring water and a small hand towel.
