OspreyAdvantage is a student’s co-curricular record managed by the Office of Student Development. It is accessible to all students at www.stockton.edu/ospreyhub. This co-curricular record is designed to capture students’ out-of-the-classroom experiences and involvement during their time at Stockton University. This includes all experiences that complement a student’s academic experience, including membership in a student organization, fraternity, or sorority, University-wide leadership positions and attendance at educational, leadership, or service-related programs. It gives students an opportunity to reflect on leadership roles, accomplishments, and personal growth and development. Students are encouraged to use OspreyAdvantage as a resource when applying for professional positions and admission into graduate school.

Use the Print View/PDF button at the top of the OspreyAdvantage page to view, print, or save a final version of your document.

At the top of the OspreyAdvantage page, select “Change Layout” to determine in what order you would like these different involvement activities to appear, if you would like them to appear at all. Once you’ve determined the general layout, you can choose to add or remove individual memberships, positions, instances of event attendance, or self-reported experiences. Once you’ve added the involvement activities you want on your record, you can sort the order of them within a particular section. You can also choose to show or hide your reflections on these experiences, as well as service hours you’ve completed within particular organizations. Note that not all organizations will use the service hours feature.

Essentially, all educational, leadership, or service-based events are eligible for OspreyAdvantage. Go to OspreyHub and click the Events tab on the top of the page. Yes! Any educational, community service, leadership, or training-based program will be considered for OspreyAdvantage inclusion. Please work with your Student Development Advisor to ensure your event on OspreyHub is eligible for OspreyAdvantage. You will also need to make sure you capture attendance at your event using the Campus Labs Event Check-In App (available on both Android and Apple devices).

Any event host looking to track attendance at an event will need to download the Campus Labs Event Check-In App (available on both Android and Apple devices). A unique Event Access Code is attached to every event in OspreyHub. You will enter the Event Access Code in to the Event Check In App, and then can begin scanning students in using their Event Pass. Once a student is scanned in, attendance is automatically captured and reflected on their OspreyAdvantage record.

To add current or past experiences to individual events and organizations, you’ll want to navigate to the either Event History or Membership History sections of your user drawer. Here, you can click on a button on the top right of the page to add an experience.  These experiences will need to be approved before they will appear on your OspreyAdvantage.
