Stockton Faculty to Offer Beverage Tourism Seminar at A.C. Distillery
Atlantic City, N.J. - Two Stockton University faculty members will discuss the growth and future of Beverage Tourism at a seminar at 4 p.m. Aug. 22 hosted by Little Water Distillery, 807 Baltic Ave. in Atlantic City.
Donna Albano, associate professor of hospitality, tourism and management studies, and Christina T. Cavaliere, assistant professor of hospitality and tourism management and sustainability, will specifically discuss New Jersey Craft Distilleries.
Cavaliere has edited a two-volume text book Beers, Ciders & Spirits: Craft Beverages and Tourism in the U.S. She and Albano also contributed a chapter on N.J. Craft Distilleries.
The event is free and open to the public and will include a tour and tastings at Little Water Distillery.
“We are excited to discuss the release of the two volume text book that takes a comprehensive look at the emerging tourism market for craft beverages,” Albano said.
