Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud gives you access to the entire collection of creative apps and up to 100GB of Adobe Cloud storage.

Purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud

A Named User license can be purchased for Institutional use via a department chargeback (Budget Transfer).

Annual Adobe Named User licenses run from November 18 through November 17. The cost for this year’s term is $156.00 per license. Due to  Adobe’s contract terms & conditions, prorating is not possible. All licenses renew annually for 3-years (contract term). Adobe does not have a mechanism to allow for Creative Cloud deployments less than the previous year, therefore each requested license becomes the financial responsibility for the entire contract term.

Once a Named User license is provisioned, a renewal form will be sent to the ordering department each year in mid-September. To continue accessing your Creative Cloud license, a new Budget Transfer will need to be completed. If renewal forms are not returned by November 1st, your license may be decommissioned and made available to new requestors.

To request a new Creative Cloud license:

  • Email Budget@stockton.edu and request a transfer of $156 per license to 110005-450002-700000-60
  • You must cc your Budget Unit Manager to show approval. Please also cc Karen.James@stockton.edu for ITS budget tracking
  • The name(s) of the licensee(s) must be included in the request
  • Once Budget confirms the completed Journal transaction, forward the message to Helpdesk@stockton.edu. Help Desk personnel will assign your license and confirm via email when complete.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk at Helpdesk@stockton.edu.
Adobe Creative Cloud can be installed on as many computers as you wish, but only two of them can be activated at any given time. If you attempt to activate a third computer, you will receive a notification and an opportunity to deactivate one of the other instances.
