Tray free dining reduces water use by 60,000 gallons per month, while reducing food waste & use of chemicals for dishwashing. All food waste is recyled at local pig farms. Seafood is sustainably harvested.
In order to reduce the amount of waste in our landfills, Stockton University recycles food waste by suppling animal feed to a local pig farm.
