Stephen Dunn Reading Series: Joshua Cohen
Galloway, N.J.- Joshua Cohen, the 2022 Pulitzer Prize in Fiction winner, will be featured in the new Stephen Dunn Reading Series on Thursday, Nov. 3, at 4:30 p.m. in Room L-112.
Cohen, an Atlantic City native and graduate of Mainland Regional High School, was awarded the 2022 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and 2021 National Jewish Book Award for Fiction for his novel “The Netanyahus, An Account of a Minor and Ultimately Even Negligible Episode in the History of a Very Famous Family.”
Cohen is also the author of four other novels including “Moving Kings,” “Book of Numbers,” "Witz, A Heaven of Others” and “Cadenza for the Schneidermann Violin Concerto.”
The Stephen Dunn Reading Series, named after the late Pulitzer Prize winning poet and distinguished professor emeritus of Creative Writing, is sponsored by: Murphy Writing of Stockton University; the school of General Studies; The Literature program in the school of Arts & Humanities; and Board of Trustee member Madeleine Deininger, '80.
The reading will precede a Q&A with Cohen and a book signing. Admission is free, and the public is welcome to attend.
