Beginner or seasoned yogi join this Zoom yoga class! Yoga helps us enhance our daily lives. This class will leave you feeling strong, confident and ready to take on anything life brings. 


 

FIlm Series Event

Faculty & Friends Film Series: "The Confession Killer"
August 6; 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

As part of the Stockton University Faculty & Friends Film Series, faculty member, John White, professor of Psychology, will lead a live, interactive discussion on a true crime series about serial killer Henry Lee Lucas. Please watch this documentary series in advance of this discussion.


Meditation

Virtual Meditation with Mary McMonagle '16
August 10; 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

This mediation will be focused on strengthening our mind. This session will highlight positive emotions we feel in our body. Awareness brought to positive emotions brings our body energy which helps our mind concentrate. Find a quiet space in your house to lay or sit comfortably as Mary, owner of True Vibe will guide you through the meditation bringing energy, focus and confidence into your awareness - ultimately into your life.
