Mr. Cristian Moreno, Student Trustee
Cristian Moreno comes to Stockton from Ventnor City, a small town located in Atlantic
County. He is enrolled in a dual degree program which consists of a Political Science
major with a a pre-law concentration and a Historical Studies major. After his undergraduate
studies, Cristian will pursue a law degree with eventual hopes of earning a Doctorate
that focuses on Chicano Studies. Cristian is passionate about immigration law and
more broadly sees the judicial system as a way to reform societal inequalities. He is currently the Student Trustee.
Cristian was involved in Student Senate for two years, serving on the Student Affairs
committee, and helped address student's issues and concerns on campus. He is currently
involved with Stockton’s Mock Trial team, the College Democrats, the Coalition for
Civic Engagement, and is a member of the Political Engagement Project, which aims
to foster lifelong engaged citizenship, a crucial component of a thriving democracy.
Cristian is humbled by the opportunity to help students and Stockton grow as a contributing
member of the Board of Trustees for the University.
