Galloway, N.J. - “Films of the Holocaust,” a program exploring a variety of films dealing with the Holocaust and Shoah from educational, historical and entertainment perspectives, will be presented at Stockton University's Manahawkin Instructional Site on Wednesday, July 20.

The public is invited to this free event, in which presenter Steven Marcus will cover the immediate post-war period through modern day. Some sensitive materials, such as footage of the liberation of camps, the Nuremberg trials, and other aspects of the genocide, will be included. After comparative viewing, discussion will be highly encouraged.

Marcus currently serves as director of the Holocaust and Genocide dual credit consortium, a group of high schools that participate in Stockton’s dual credit course in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. He is also a Stockton adjunct faculty member and alumnus.

The presentation begins at 2 p.m. at the Manahawkin Instructional Site, 712 E. Bay Ave.
