Graduating Students Inducted into Honor Societies

The Stockton School of Business Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma honored its 2026 inductees on April 23 at the Campus Center.

Galloway, N.J. — Toward the end of the 2025-26 academic year, graduating students were honored for their achievements in academic programs and student organizations, as well as inducted into honor societies, before Commencement ceremonies in the Sports Center and Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall.

Beta Gamma Sigma

The Stockton School of Business Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma honored the following inductees at its 2026 BGS Annual Award Ceremony on April 23 in Campus Center Meeting Room 5. BGS has been recognizing business excellence since its founding in 1913. Membership in BGS is the highest worldwide recognition an undergraduate or graduate business student at an AACSB-accredited school can achieve. AACSB-International is the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and the Stockton University School of Business is a member.

Eta Sigma Phi

Dainius Drigotas, Gabrielle Donofrio and Shannon Wilson were inducted into the Theta Tau Chapter of Eta Sigma Phi, the national honorary collegiate society for students of Latin and/or Greek Studies.

On May 6, Phi Alpha Theta, the History honors society, inducted the following students: Bryce Accardo, Loralie Baccollo, Tessa McKenna, Erin Leslie Stamm, Jennifer Lynn Vaneman and Samantha Verdi.

On April 24 at the annual Political Science Spring Reception, the following students were inducted into the Alpha Zeta Rho Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society: Marc-Anthony Allen, Candace Freeman-Alicea, Lindsay Grande, Grace Hatzel, Ben Klapatch, Dhikrat Odutayo, Alicja Schleyer, Joseph Viso and Emma Zeigler.

Psi Chi

New members of the Psi Chi Psychology Honor Society were inducted during the university’s Psi Chi Conference on May 1. Ashlie Jefferson was presented with the Distinguished Alumni Award and Jessica Leffers, an assistant professor of Psychology at the St. Mary’s College of Maryland gave the keynote address.

Psi Chi is a college student honor society in psychology with international outreach, founded in 1929 at the University of Kansas in the United States. Psi Chi is one of the largest honor societies in the United States, with more than 1,160 chapters. 

This year’s inductees are Alessandra Cruz, Amy DiNatale, Helena Duntley, Joseph Franzello, Riley Finn, Karina Gonzalez, Rachel Graiff, Stephanie Jones, Natalie Latham, Katelyn Longo, Aidan Lytle, Makenna Marrella, Thomas Nagamos, Jeramaine Kate Nuarin, Kylie Rola, Sarah Santiago, Aniyah Wright and Olivia Zmuda.

The baccalaureate Nursing program enables students to become registered nurses while completing their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. The program works to develop students' understanding of theories and concepts from the physical, social and behavioral sciences and the humanities to prepare them to participate in a culturally diverse and ever-changing global society.

Graduating seniors of Stockton’s Africana Studies program participated in a Rites of Passage ceremony on May 8 in the Fannie Lou Hamer Event Room in Atlantic City.

The following students were inducted into the Ankh Maat Wedjua Honor Society, which is run by the National Council for Black Studies: My’air Henry, Lilly Nickens, Alexander Paulozzo, Guiven Saint Jean, Jalynne Smith and Steve Vallery.
