Roubos noted this recognition is particularly significant as it underscores the importance of innovation in the evolving landscape of higher education.

It's a testament to the hard work and dedication that goes into pushing the boundaries of traditional education models," Roubos commented.
His focus at Stockton has been on driving innovation and embracing new challenges. The development of the esports program, which gained global recognition, is a prime example.
"Despite limited resources, we've managed to create a program that not only competes internationally but also sets a new standard in educational esports. This achievement is a reflection of my commitment to leveraging technology and fostering a culture of empowerment and leadership among students," Roubos reflected. "Pioneering initiatives like Stockton Esports and the Office of Information Security have been instrumental in positioning Stockton as a forward-thinking institution.
