Galloway, N.J. – Graduates will have two days to be fitted for their regalia, pick up guest tickets and complete their Federal Direct Loans EXIT counseling from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, and Wednesday, April 10, in the Campus Center Event Room. 

Jostens, our regalia vendor, will be on campus on these two days ONLY – all graduates planning to participate in Commencement must attend this event. Graduates unable to attend can send someone on their behalf. The alternative pick-up person must have the graduate's height and Z-number in order to pick up the regalia. 

For individuals who are between 4'10" and 7'0", gown fitting and distribution will be done on-site. Individuals who do not fall within this height range should email commencement@stockton.edu by April 1 to make alternate arrangements. 

Graduates who have had Federal Direct Loans while at Stockton need to complete their EXIT counseling. If they are unsure, please contact Financial Aid at 609-652-4203. 

Graduates who are noncompliant with the immunization requirements need to refer to their email for details and contact Student Health Services at 609-652-4701 or wellctr@stockton.edu.
