Sponsorship Information

Ocean Sponsorship

Welcome Reception - $4,500 (THANK YOU, SPONSORS - RUTGERS UNIVERSITY - SCHOOL OF SOCIAL WORK!)

The Ocean Sponsor will be featured during the conference opening on May 21, 2019. Sponsor will receive a table for promotional display during the reception as well as a placard with the sponsor’s name on refreshment tables. The Ocean Sponsor will also receive the following benefits:

Half-page ad in the conference program
Exhibitor booth package with prime location
Placement of one promotional item in the conference tote bag
Logo and link on conference website

Boardwalk Sponsorship

Breakfast - $2,500 (three available)

The Boardwalk Sponsors will be featured during the corresponding morning conference opening. Sponsors will receive a placard with the sponsor’s name on breakfast tables. Boardwalk Sponsors will also receive the following benefits:

Half-page ad in the conference program
Exhibitor booth package with prime location
Placement of one promotional item in the conference tote bag
Logo and link on conference website

Steel Pier Sponsorship

Afternoon Refreshments - $1,500 (two available)

The Steel Pier Sponsors will be featured during the corresponding morning conference opening. Sponsors will receive a placard with the sponsor’s name on afternoon refreshment tables. Steel Pier Sponsors will also receive the following benefits:

Half-page ad in the conference program
Exhibitor booth package with prime location
Placement of one promotional item in the conference tote bag
Logo and link on conference website

Lighthouse Sponsorship

Conference Bags - $1,500 (one available)

The Lighthouse Sponsor provides funding for 250 tote bags for the conference participants. The conference bags will include the conference logo as well as the sponsor’s logo. The Lighthouse Sponsor will also receive the following benefits:

Half-page ad in the conference program.
Exhibitor booth package.
Placement of one promotional item in the conference tote bag.
Logo and link on conference website.

Sandcastle Sponsorship

Exhibit Booth Package - $300 (10 available)

Sandcastle Sponsors will get their message out to a national audience with an exhibitor booth package. All Sandcastle Sponsor packages include:

Skirted table with two chairs
Two days of exhibiting (Note: Exhibit booths will only be available on May 21st and 22nd)
Free wireless internet
Free parking
Listing in the conference program and website
Invitation to attend selected keynote sessions and welcome reception
One breakfast and one lunch ticket per day for one person (additional tickets are available for purchase)

Additional Daily Meal Tickets - $30 (each ticket includes breakfast & lunch. Price is per person, per day)

Seashell Sponsorship

Conference Tote Bag Promotional Items - $100 (15 available)

Seashell Sponsors will reach conference attendees with their promotional item included in every conference tote bag! Items should include your company logo and should be delivered at least 2 weeks prior to the conference. Plan to provide 230 of each item.
