3/9, 3/16, 3/23, & 3/30/2021, 10-11am, Online on Zoom | Health at Home is a four week program that will consist of discussion and light exercise. The four weekly Zoom sessions will take place each Tuesday in March from 10AM-11AM. **Check with your doctor prior to starting this program.

Health at Home Session 1:  Physical Activity, Exercise and Life

Meet like-minded people who are curious about what it means to exercise.  Decide if you want to exercise and how to get started. Health at Home is a four-week program that will consist of discussion and light exercise**Check with your doctor prior to starting this program. Facilitated by Michaelle Cooke, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Certified Senior Fitness Specialist (ACE).  Her focus is on assisting senior citizens like herself to become as physically fit as they wish. Appropriate for all levels. Equipment needed:  a sturdy chair and two (2) 15-ounce cans or 16-ounce full water bottles.

Health at Home Session 2:  Motivation and Goals

Learn about motivational techniques and how to set realistic goals.  Think about contingency plans for when your motivation lags.  Health at Home is a four-week program that will consist of discussion and light exercise**Check with your doctor prior to starting this program.
