Chair Yoga

9/30-11/4/2019, 3pm-4pm, Pine Street Recreation Center, 25 Pine St., Manahawkin | In chair yoga, the chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga. Lois earned her Chair Yoga Certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga &Health, in Stockbridge, MA.
