About the Role
The Intern Food & Beverage is responsible for assisting management in overseeing various outlets and processes daily and making sure all areas are operating efficiently.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, enjoyable and safe experiences for guests commensurate with the demands and expectations of Ocean Casino Resort
- Assist with booking, managing, and executing all daily reservations and/or rentals
- Proactively generate new ideas and methods to improve overall customer experience and increase intent to return to the assigned outlet
- Ensures the cleanliness and physical appearance of assigned venue and surrounding area
- Prepares weekly schedules and daily timekeeping of team members
- Participates in the ordering, inventory control and security of perishable and non-perishable product
- Will learn the organizational structure and culture of Ocean Casino Resort by familiarizing themselves with the operational procedures within the department to which they are assigned
- Will have the ability to prioritize duties when faced with interruptions, distractions, and fluctuating workload
- Assist F&B Department Leaders with special projects, as necessary
- Support new and seasonal F&B departmental initiatives, including but not limited to new venue launches, onsite and offsite F&B events, etc.
- Support venue and department with operational and support tasks as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple
- Ability to perform various job duties as related to the department they are assigned to and must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
- Must be able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shift hours
- Must be flexible in scheduling and be required to work over their scheduled shift as business needs warrant

What’s Required

About the Role
The Intern Club Operations provides functional support to day club and night club operations by assisting in developing and executing our marketing and brand strategies.
Position Responsibilities
- Work closely with the operations team, performing administrative tasks and assisting with special with projects as needed
- Serve as an ambassador of HQ2 & Nolas Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
- Assist with the Beach club and Night club staffing levels as well as the Board Walk Pool
- Assist with marketing and promotional materials for both venues

About the Role
The IT Intern is responsible for assisting with closing IT support tickets, software installations, installing test environments for internal testing and training, adding to our documentation library and managing special projects.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist staff with closing customer IT support tickets for our clients
- Assist in developing time efficiency processes and tools
- Assist with installing software
- Prepare and/or modify system and process documentation
- Research and implement various sand-box environments for testing, training, and troubleshooting
- Resolve server and software configuration issues in a team environment
- Take inbound support requests from internal and external customers
Essential Functions

About the Role
The Internal Audit Intern supports the Internal Audit Department by assisting with audit planning, fieldwork, and documentation to help ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies. This role provides hands-on exposure to operational, financial, and compliance audits within a fast-paced casino and hospitality environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist internal auditors with audit fieldwork, including walkthroughs, testing of controls, and data analysis
- Help prepare and organize audit workpapers, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Perform basic testing of transactions, reconciliations, and compliance procedures under supervision
- Assist with tracking audit issues, follow-up actions, and remediation status
- Participate in risk assessments and process reviews across operational departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, operational, and employee information
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by Internal Audit leadership
Essential Functions

The Finance Intern is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department, including accounts payable, payroll and hotel auditing.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a good understanding and overview of the financials, ensuring accuracy
- Assist in monthly/quarterly closing process, including coordination with other teams
- Insight into financial variance analysis and account reconciliations
- Develop and maintain processes, procedures and improvement initiatives
- Assist on special projects based on business needs and industry climate
- Gain overview of accounting functions
