Yes, housing for Summer 2025 is available for matriculating students.  Early in the Spring 2025 semester, the application can be found on your goPortal, under the Student Life tab.  

Summer Housing begins on May 15th, 2024 for students and affiliates. For students residing in housing through the end of the Spring 2024 semester, your relocation for Summer Housing will be coordianted between the last week of the semester and first few weeks of the summer.

For all students or affiliates, summer housing ends on August 9th, 2024.

For students continuing with housing for the Fall 2025 semester, details will be provided in early August on the Early Arrival process, and the relocation process to their Fall 2025 assignments. Students should plan to be on campus in order to relocate in early to mid August 2025.

Ideally, current students should apply by April 1st, 2025. This will provide students with the most options for summer payment plans with the Bursar's Office.

There is no official deadline for the Summer Application, but anyone applying after May 1st, 2025 should email housing@stockton.edu once they have completed their applications to help expedite an assignment, and discuss custom sessions. Applicants after May 1st may have a wait time of up to 2 weeks before receiving an assignment.

The summer housing application will close on July 12th, 2025.

Yes, students who have a 12-month contract will be able to stay in housing for the 2025 summer.  A charge for 12-month housing for summer 2025 will be put on the students bills in March of 2025.  Students who have a 12-month contract will be provided confirmation of their contract in early March of 2025.

Summer 2025 housing will be in the Atlantic City residence complexes.  

Assignments are continually processed for Summer Housing as applications come in. If there is a vacant bed within the apartment, students should expect the possibility of receiving a roommate within their apartment.

Students that apply for Summer 2025 will receive an email starting in late March, which will be available to students that complete an application through May 1st, 2025. This email will provide details on how students can submit their room preferences and roommate preferences.

Any student residing in a Galloway housing location will need to relocate to Atlantic City.

Students currently in Atlantic City will be asked to relocate within the building in order to maximize spaces and locations, and allow for the necessary cleaning of all spaces.

Details on moving and relocation will be provided in early May, 2025. Students should plan to relocate some time between May 8th and May 31st, 2025.

Students who have completed a Summer 2025 Application by May 1st will receive their summer assignment before the Spring Term ends on May 9th, 2025. All Summer applicants will get an email with informaton on how to keep access to their Spring assignment until their move date is available. The assignment email will also have information on relocation.

Students or affiliates who have completed a Summer 2025 Application after May 1st will receive their summer assignment and move in information on a rolling basis.

Please note, that after May 1st, Summer Applications may have a wait time of up to 2 weeks before receiving an assignment.

Students can sign up for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. Custom Sessions cannot be broken up into partial weeks, or select days per week, since the space will be reserved for the student during their time in summer housing.

Affiliates are full-time matriculating students who are requesting to stay in campus housing for the summer, that are not Stockton students, but wish to stay on campus for a reason related to their continuing education at another higher education institution.  Affiliates applying after May 1st may need to wait up to 2 weeks to receive an assignment.

Affiliates interested in applying for summer housing with Stockton Univeristy will need to provide unofficial transcrips showing full-time status for the Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 semesters from their current 4-year institution of higher education, a letter of good standing, a photo for an ID, and a completed Affiliate form as part of their application. Instructions for these documents and how to submit them will be provided after an affiliate contacts the Office of Residential Life.
