The Busser responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleans appropriate areas, clears tables and sets tables for further use ensuring a positive guest experience. Requires a CER issued through the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

Assists food servers by cleaning tables and keeping side stations clean and well stocked as well as assisting the kitchen with expediting the service process in order to maintain the flow of service throughout the dining room.  Requires a CER issued through the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the incumbent maintains standards established in the preparation and presentation of food including tasting, presentation, and sanitation.

It is the primary responsibility of the host position to be friendly and courteous, while greeting, seating and engaging the guests during their dining experience.

Provides prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintains a clean and comfortable environment. The Starbucks Barista adheres to Starbuck’s guiding Principles as well as Hard Rocks Amplified Service Standards.

Responsible for checking guests in and out, running daily reports, handling guest transactions and maintaining a bank, and answering guest inquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner. 

Under the direction of the Transportation Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the daily flow of traffic throughout the day. Must be able to work in a variety of extreme climates and weather conditions.

 

Enforce policies, rules and regulations governing the conduct of guests using the pool.  Respond quickly and effectively in distress or emergency situations.  Execute emergency action procedures if necessary, such as performing basic first aid, CPR and other lifesaving techniques as necessary.  Prevent accidents through the enforcement of policies, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of guests using the pool.  Must currently be Lifeguard certified or have the ability to pass the requirements.

Performs high volume cash and non-cash transactions for our guests and internal customers in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner. Must currently hold or have the availability to obtain a Casino Employee Registration issued by the Casino Control Commission.

The Bar porter is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service while ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean.  Requires a CER issued through the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

Under the direction of the Stewarding Manager, the incumbent cleans dishes, pots and pans, kitchen areas and utensils.

Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager, the incumbent ensures hotel rooms are cleaned to established property standards.

Under the direction of the Manager and Shift Manager, the incumbent maintains clean and attractive public and employee areas within the facility.  Requires a CER issued through the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

Under the direction of Security Department supervisors and managers, incumbent provides security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety of patrons and team members. Safeguards the assets of the organization, as well as those of its guests and team members.  Promotes an outgoing, friendly guest-oriented demeanor at all times. Requires a CER issued through the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

Under the direction of the Players Club Supervisor, solicits and enrolls new gaming customers for the players card rewards program.  Requires a CER issued through the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
