Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Follow the methods of food preparation, baking method and techniques to properly prepare and serve desserts as instructed by the Chef

Set-up and operate the workstation based on pars established by the Chef and follow station set-up organization

Ensure food is stored and kept at proper holding temperatures through the use and reading of thermometers

List the preparations that should be completed for each day the night before

Monitor consistency of quality, presentation and flavor of each dish

Assemble recipes without assistance

Communicate problems to the Sous Chef

Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the work area, utensils and equipment

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Make and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed

Primary Purpose:
It is the primary responsibility of the Host Person to greet guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner while ensuring his/her outlet is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times. The Host Person is to assist the Food Servers, Bus Persons, and Food Service Runners as it relates to guest contact and table information.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate with Restaurant Reservations regarding special orders, cake orders, special requests – responsible for conveying all such information to management

As a Cook, you will be responsible for skillfully applying culinary techniques. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

Work Experience

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Experience in a similar resort
setting Preferred

1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Experience as a Cook Preferred

Additional Requirements

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required

Formal Culinary training Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledgeable of weights, measures and various cooking techniques

Knowledge of knives and knife skills, standard kitchen equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, coolers, slicers, beverage machines, Cryovac machine and smallwares

Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
