Project: Personality and Successful Aging
Stockton’s Healthy Brain Healthy Mind Research Lab is looking for participants for a paid research study examining how differences in personality are related to successful aging.
Study information
One session on Stockton’s Galloway Campus, which will require approximately 60 to 75 minutes of your time.
The session will include an EEG recording, measure of personality, and two brief tests of thinking and memory.
Compensation: $40
To participate you must
- Be between 60 and 80 years of age
- Be right-handed
- Have no history of epilepsy or other neurological disorder
- Not taking medications for the treatment of mental health disorders
- Be able to read and write in English
All sessions will be held on Stockton University’s main campus in Galloway, New Jersey.
Morning, afternoon, and evening appointments are available.
What we will do with your data:
Your participation in the project is completely confidential! We assign a random number to all of your data and your name is not attached to anything!
We are looking for patterns across all participants and not the performance of any one participant. All results will be reported for the overall dataset and no individual data will be reported.
