How Virtual Drop-In Hours Work

When you join the Zoom session, you will be placed in a waiting room. Participants are admitted individually so IR&E staff can provide dedicated support tailored to each person's questions.

Because some discussions involve access to dashboards, reports, or data resources that vary by role, meeting individually helps ensure privacy and appropriate access management.
