The Vagina Monologues

What: A performance of Eve Ensler’s play, “The Vagina Monologues"
When: 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 25
Where: Campus Center Theater
Event Description: Eve Ensler created the VaginaMonologues in 1995 following interviews she conducted with 200 women about their views on sex, relationships and violence against women. According to Ensler, the purpose of her piece changed in 1998 from a celebration of vaginas and femininity to a movement to stop violence against women.
The Vagina Monologues at Stockton University will be a series of personal monologues read aloud by a diverse group of women from the Stockton community. 
All proceeds from the Stockton event benefit The Women's Center of Atlantic County and the Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Center on campus.
Cost: General admission is $12. Faculty & staff tickets are $10. Student tickets are $5.
