Event Description: The fall is abundant in delicious and healthful foods like apples, pears, and winter squashes. Eating the foods of autumn is not only a great way to celebrate the season, but to find new and simple ways to increase the nutrient density of our daily meals. Best of all: no stove required! Anthony Dissen, MA, RDN, will explain the health benefits of fall fruits and vegetables and hold a demonstration, preparing simple, stove-free meals with them.

Cost: Free and open to the public.
