Galloway, N.J. – The Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership program will bring together leaders from various disciplines to discuss the complexities and topical challenges in leadership through a virtual panel and roundtable starting at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27. 

The Leadership Inspiring Transformation (LIT) Panel & Roundtable will host three virtual modules via Zoom. Module I will center on how the shift to remote work transformed the way in which people collaborate, communicate and lead. Conversation topics include transitioning back to the office, establishing effective remote work policies, addressing the challenges and benefits of remote work and fostering engagement and productivity.

Module II (Leadership and Generative AI) will take place Thursday, April 3, starting at 12 p.m., and Module III (Leadership and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10.
