Jersey Shoreview Fall Tourism and Business Panel Discussion
Atlantic City, N.J. — The Atlantic City casinos had a great summer in 2025. But how about the rest of South Jersey? And what should we expect for the economy this fall?
Industry experts will discuss those topics and more at the sixth annual Jersey Shoreview Fall Tourism and Business Panel Discussion, hosted by Stockton University’s Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT).
The panel discussion will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, in the Fannie Lou Hamer Event Room at Stockton Atlantic City, 3711 Atlantic Ave. The event will also be livestreamed on Zoom. It will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
The panel will be moderated by Nicholas Huba, the digital editor of The Press of Atlantic City.
Panelists will be:
- Oliver Cooke, associate professor of Economics at Stockton University and editor of the South Jersey Economic Review
- Mary Moliver, executive director of Destination Services at Visit Atlantic City
- Ben Rose, director of Marketing and Public Relations at the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Authority and the president of the New Jersey Tourism Industry Association
- Feras Shawi, owner of the Brewberry Café, an Atlantic City coffeehouse just a couple of blocks away from Stockton’s Atlantic City campus
The panelists will give their projections for the fall 2025 tourism season and their perspectives on emerging trends affecting the gaming, hospitality and tourism industries in the region.
