Stockton Theatre Project
Galloway, N.J. – Annually, Stockton University’s Theatre program showcases an original production in Stockton’s Experimental Theatre. This year’s four performances will take place on stage from Thursday, Nov. 13 to Sunday, Nov. 16.
Just steps away from Stockton’s Performing Arts Center, students will debut “Songs for a New World,” the first musical from Tony Award-winning musical theatre composer Jason Robert Brown.
“Songs for a New World” will include settings ranging from a deck of a 1492 Spanish sailing ship to a ledge 57 stories above Fifth Avenue in New York and a variety of characters all on the verge of a big decision.
There will be 7:30 p.m. performances from Nov. 13 to 15, as well as a 2 p.m. performance on Nov. 16.
