15th Annual Jersey Shorecast
Atlantic City, N.J. — What’s the business forecast for the 2023 summer season at the shore?
A panel of experts will share their predictions at the 15th annual Jersey Shorecast at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 10 in the Fannie Lou Hamer Event Room at the Stockton University Atlantic City campus, 3711 Atlantic Ave. The event will also be livestreamed by the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT) at the Stockton University School of Business, the sponsor of the event.
The panel will be moderated by LIGHT Faculty Director Jane Bokunewicz. The panelists are:
- Michael Brennan, chef at Cardinal, a contemporary American restaurant that opened recently in Atlantic City’s Orange Loop District.
- Oliver Cooke, associate professor of Economics at Stockton and editor of the South Jersey Economic Review
- Ben P. Rose, director of marketing and public relations for the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement District and the Wildwood Convention Center
- James Marota, director of sales – Atlantic City region, Caesars Entertainment and a 1993 graduate of Stockton.
There will be a Q&A session after the panel and questions may also be submitted in advance to LIGHT@stockton.edu with “Shorecast Question” in the subject line.
