Jersey Shoreview Fall Tourism and Business Panel
Atlantic City, N.J. — Experts in the industry will discuss fall tourism and look back at the 2022 summer season at the third annual Jersey Shoreview Fall Tourism and Business Panel, hosted by the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT).
The panel discussion will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, in the Fannie Lou Hamer Event Room at Stockton University Atlantic City, 3711 Atlantic Ave. The event will also be livestreamed on Zoom. It will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
Jane Bokunewicz, faculty director of LIGHT, will serve as moderator.
Panelists will be:
- Michael Busler, professor of Business Studies and Finance at Stockton University
- Anthony Catanoso, president and principle owner of Steel Pier
- Emily Paul, president and CEO of the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce
- Jim Ziereis, vice president hotel sales, Caesars Entertainment, Atlantic City region
The panelists will also give their projections for the fall 2022 tourism season and their perspectives on emerging trends affecting the gaming, hospitality and tourism industries in the region.
“The fall has become an increasingly important time of year for many Jersey Shore destinations as they continue to extend the tourism season beyond the traditional summer months,” Bokunewicz said. “As we reflect on the summer 2022 season, we must also recognize the successes and opportunities of the fall shoulder season.”
