Galloway, N.J. - Experts in the industry will discuss fall tourism and the impact of COVID-19 on the Jersey shore summer 2021 season at the second annual Jersey Shoreview Fall Tourism and Business Panel, hosted by Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT) at Stockton University Atlantic City, 3711 Atlantic Ave., from 8:30 -10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21. The event will also be livestreamed on Zoom starting at 9 a.m.

Jane Bokunewicz, faculty director of LIGHT, will serve as moderator.

Panelists will be:

  • Michael Busler, professor of business studies and finance at Stockton University
  • Jamie Hoagland, director of marketing at Tennessee Avenue Liquor
  • Lori Pepenella, chief executive officer at Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce
  • Larry Sieg, chief executive officer at Meet AC

The panelists will also address emerging trends affecting the gaming, hospitality and tourism industries in the region, with special focus on the impact of COVID-19.

“This has certainly been a year like no other,” said Jane Bokunewicz, coordinator of LIGHT. “Our experts will share how the Jersey Shore is coping and how the industry can safely continue welcoming visitors into the fall and holiday season.”
