Council of Black Faculty and Staff Award Dinner and Dance

HonakerGalloway, N.J. – Six StoGreenckton-affiliated individuals and a Stockton club, will be recognized at the 38th Annual Awards Dinner & Dance sponsored by The Council of Black Faculty and Staff of Stockton University at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at The Carriage House, 25 S. Pitney Road in Galloway.

Lifetime award recipients are Carole Green, Director of Youth and Family Programs at Gateway Community Action Partnership and Lisa Honaker, Stockton Dean of Arts and Humanities and Professor of British Literature.

SankofaDunkinsThe Merit award receipient is Craig Stambaugh, Stockton Assistant Vice President of Engagement and Community Development.

Distinguished Stockton Alumni award recipients are James Dunkins, Senior Pastor at Shiloh Baptist Church and Thomas Roth, Stockton Bursar (not pictured).

The Outstanding Stockton Club award will be given to Sankofa, a student retention initiative for minority male students.Stambaugh

Tickets are $85 per person or $850 for a table of 10. Proceeds support the Council's Scholarship Endowment for Stockton students.  More information can be found on the Council’s webpage.

The Council of Black Faculty and Staff of Stockton University has been established to act as a body to foster communication among the Stockton Community and State concerning the voice and position of minority personnel and students at Stockton.
