result in improved overall happiness and fulfillment.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE IS A MYTH, SO WHAT SHOULD I BE STRIVING FOR?

In our busy culture, the demands of career and family can create stress and anxiety
in our lives. It’s time to redefine work-life balance in order to discover the steps
to increase satisfaction and improve productivity. Learn to define priorities and
eliminate distractions to make the most of the hours in each day.

LEVEL UP YOUR THINKING: GROWTH MINDSET
June 22, 2020

This inspiring workshop will allow you to identify limited thinking and create a plan
of action to overcome challenges and lead to self-empowerment.

About the Instructor: Rachel Davis is a motivator, middle school teacher, and mom of twins. A classroom teacher for 14 years and founder of Reflect & Refine workshops. Rachel is dedicated to improving lives, classrooms, and communities by providing teachers, parents, and others with practical strategies they can implement immediately to create more fulfilling lives both personally and professionally.
