Artist In Residence

The Visual Arts and Art Gallery Artist-in-Residence (AiR) program provides the university and greater community with opportunities to interact with high caliber studio artists who engage with students and the Visual Arts program. Artists become an academic partner in select Visual Arts courses, host one-on-one studio visits with students, and present their work in the Art Gallery on Stockton's main campus. Artists also conduct workshops and artists lectures open to the community.

Artists for the Artist-in-Residence (AiR) program are selected by invitation. To express interest in future opportunities, please email Visual Arts Program Chair Mariana Smith and Exhibitions Coordinator Ryann Casey.
