CTLD - AI Fellow
Project Description
The selected Fellow will explore methods to advance critical thinking and pedagogies that assist faculty and students in successful use of generative AI products. The Fellow will support faculty in course design and teaching strategies that address the needs of all students with a special focus on equity in the use and availability of generative AI. The Fellow will assist faculty and programs in considering adjustments to curriculum learning to prepare students for AI use appropriate to specific disciplines.
CTLD - Tenure & Promotion Fellow
Project Description
The selected Fellow must be well versed in the policies and procedures related to the faculty evaluation process including tenure, promotion, range adjustment, file construction, peer observation, external review process, and other aspects of evaluation and faculty career development. The Tenure & Promotion fellow provides faculty consultation and assistance with file construction and activities related to evaluation cycles, develops and provides annual training sessions for all regular faculty, PRC members, and Deans related to faculty plans and the evaluation process.
CTLD - FAWN Fellow
Project Description
The selected Fellow will work together with a FAWN Associate to plan, advertise/market, and lead/facilitate FAWN activities. The Fellow supports faculty with scholarly and academic writing helping to build a scholarly community based on the teacher-scholar model.
OGE - COIL Initiatives Fellow
Project Description
The selected Fellow will serve in a leadership role assisting the Office of Global Engagement in advancing and promoting Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) initiatives across the university. The Fellow will work with faculty, students, and international partners to create transformative global learning experiences. Responsibilities include developing measurable goals in collaboration with OGE and CTLD, supporting faculty in integrating COIL methodologies into courses, promoting international partnerships, developing training and resources, assisting with assessment of COIL effectiveness, and contributing to institutional presentations and a final fellowship report.
Murphy Writing - Events Management and Marketing Fellow
Project Description
Murphy Writing is seeking a faculty fellow with expertise in events management and marketing who can help streamline events planning and grow audiences through improved marketing strategies. The selected Fellow should have experience developing and staffing in-person and online programming, coordinating with vendors, and leading publicity and marketing efforts for events. Faculty interested in applying should be committed to Murphy Writing’s vision and mission of creating a challenging and supportive environment for writers, regardless of background or level of experience.
