The Office of Student Records is the “Keeper of the Academic Record.” Our job is to
ensure integrity and accuracy in anything involved with a student's academic history.
At Stockton, we facilitate your registration, make updates to your record and evaluate
transfer credits. We provide services, such as transcripts and enrollment verifications.
Access to the University Bulletin and the Catalog of Courses. We provide reports and
data to the University to assist decision making and departmental course planning,
and enrollment information to student loan lenders for deferrals. In your last enrollment
term, we audit your record, clear you for graduation and calculate honors.
Through innovation, teamwork, and accountability the Office of Student Records strives
to provide excellent standards of effective and efficient service and satisfaction.
In order to accomplish this mission, our office is dedicated to working in partnership
with faculty and staff to uphold University/State/Federal policies and procedures
in an equitable fashion. We foster an environment for students, alumni, faculty, staff
