3 Class II police officers

As mentioned by Donna Albano, the Live-Work-Learn Program, also known as Stockton Atlantic City Summer Experience, is a prime example of Stockton University's commitment to community partnerships. On July 1, as part of an expansion of the program, three Stockton University students started work as Class II police officers in Atlantic City. The program has partnered with area businesses over the past five summers to provide students local employment, housing and career readiness training.

As shared by Jennifer Aarons, global esports viewership has increased from about 435.7 million in 2020 to 640.8 million in 2025. Viewership is expected to reach 924.9 million by 2030. Could Atlantic City be the site of the next esports boom?

~7,000 Runners

The Atlantic City Marathon established in 1958 is the third oldest continuously running marathon in the United States. In 2024, approximately 3,600 runners participated in the event with an additional 3,400 runners participating in two other races as part of the Atlantic City Marathon Race Series for a total of 7,000 participants in the course of the event weekend. As noted by Sarah Grady, this is just one of the many events drawing visitors to the city anchored by the Atlantic City Sports Commission and the Atlantic City Convention Center.
