The employee directory is designed to help students, faculty, staff, and visitors quickly find and connect with Stockton personnel. Each employee profile may include:
- Name and title
- Photograph
- Academic program or administrative unit
- Office location
- Phone number
- Education (optional)
- Awards & honors (optional)

If you prefer not to have your photo displayed publicly, you may opt out by submitting the Employee Directory Photo Opt-Out Request form.

If you prefer not to have your photo displayed in the employee directory, submit the Employee Directory Photo Opt-Out Request form. If you previously opted out and want that preference to remain in place, please submit the form as well.

Yes. Once photographs are complete, ITS will provide a mechanism for individuals to request a digital copy of their photo for personal use.
Yes. If you wish to opt out of having your photo displayed, or if you previously opted out and want to continue, submit the Employee Directory Photo Opt-Out Request form. Human Resources will review and process requests.

Schedule Your Photo Appointment
We encourage employees to schedule a convenient time to have a new photo taken during the next round of openings. Appointments typically take approximately 5 minutes.
To secure an appointment, please schedule your headshot through Microsoft Bookings.
Employees who work at remote campus locations and would like an updated photograph should contact Jo Ann Kocher to coordinate a mutually convenient date and time.
Reporting Issues or Requesting Updates
If you notice inaccurate profile information or any directory issues, please report them to webdirectory@stockton.edu so we can address them promptly.
