Component Duplication When Editing

We are aware of an issue that may cause a component to duplicate multiple times on a page while editing.

This issue can occur when formatted text is copied from Microsoft Copilot on the web and pasted directly into a component WYSIWYG field. The copied content may include hidden formatting or code that interferes with how the component is displayed and edited in Modern Campus CMS.

As a temporary workaround, avoid pasting formatted text directly from Microsoft Copilot into component fields. Use the Paste as Text option in the component field, or paste the text into a plain text editor first, then copy and paste the cleaned text into the component field.

If this issue is occurring on your page, please contact support for assistance resolving it.

Modern Campus CMS Toolbar Spell Check

Omni Support has confirmed there is a potential error when using the spell check found in the editor toolbar. They are working to address this error in an upcoming release.

We have disabled the spell check feature in Modern Campus CMS pending the this future update.

Please use other means of spell check such as a Word Processor  or through Page Check as a temporary work around.
