The Internship Program Coordinator collaborates with faculty, employers, campus and community partners, assisting students in all majors in securing an internship related to their career goals.

The Washington Internship Program provides internships for all majors, tailored to students' individual interests and majors. It is affiliated with The Washington Center, the nation's largest internship organization. Students can enroll for the fall, spring, or summer sessions.
The Career Center encourages all students interested in internship opportunities to visit their office in CC 104.
The Career Center offers StocktonWorks, a comprehensive database for internships, job opportunities, and alumni mentors.

Psychology Field Placements and Gerontology Internships
Psychology Internships provide a wide variety of placement sites in educational, agency, and business settings related to Psychology. Approximately 5 students accepted per semester. 140 hours required, spread over entire semester. Qualifications: Juniors and Seniors only, must have completed at least 6 psychology courses.
Gerontology Internships provide a wide variety of placement sites in nursing homes, assisted living, community agencies, and businesses that serve older adults and their families. Approximately 5 students accepted per semester. 140 hours required, spread over entire semester. Juniors and Seniors only, must have completed at least 3 gerontology courses.

AmeriCorps has internships and jobs throughout the county and in many fields.
This US-Government funded program provides 5-month internships for recent graduates in a range of disciplines. Deadline for applications is February 1 of each year.
The Student Conservation Association offers a range of interships around the country. Many of these partner with Americorps and can be used to help defray a portion of government-funded student loans.
