New Jersey Department of Children and Families Presents: Transforming Child Welfare through Anti-Racism Training Series
Dr. Jessica Pryce, an expert in child welfare and anti-racism, will be training DCF stakeholders and providers throughout July and August. Dr. Pryce has previously trained or presented before members of the Children in Court Improvement Committee, the New Jersey Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect, and the DCF workforce. The FREE training dates are: Friday July 23rd, 30th, and August 6th, from 10:00am-11:30am. In order to attend the FREE trainings, you must pre-register for each module to receive access. See below for a description of each module and unique registration link for each session.

PRE-TRAINING WORK
Prior to participating in the training modules, it is strongly encouraged that you complete an Implicit Bias training that will help to inform the rest of your training experience. The training takes about 90 minutes and consist of four modules.

MODULE 1: History, Policy, Data, Evolutionary Change vs. Revolutionary Change

Objectives:
