To ensure a smooth arrival and check-in, here is a map of Stockton University’s Galloway Campus. Starting at 8 am, Stockton University Police will block off the back, gravel portion of Parking Lot 5.

When you arrive on campus, please drive to parking lot 5 and unload your materials curbside in front of the Sports Center. Once materials have been unloaded, please proceed towards the back section of Lot 5, where designated parking will be provided for ONE vehicle per employer.

All employers must arrive before 10:00 a.m. Parking Lot 5 will be locked after 10:00 a.m..  We strongly recommend carpooling.  Overflow parking is in Lot 3, the North Lot (with a shuttle), or any of the lots marked in purple. You may park at the North Lot and take the shuttle directly to the Sports Center. For shuttle locations and times, see more details here.

For directions, parking details, and the campus map, click here. An email will be sent out to all registrants regarding parking closer to the event as well.

Set-Up & Breakdown:
Employer check-in is at the Sports Center entrance, facing the parking lot.  A Stockton student or staff member will check you in and escort you to your assigned table, where you can set up your table. No tablecloth will be provided at this time.  In your welcome packet, you will see a feedback survey.  Please complete it before your departure and drop it off at the employer check-in.

Meals
Beginning at 8 a.m., we will provide a continental breakfast, coffee, and tea, followed by lunch around 12pm.  There is a Dunkin’ Donuts in the Campus Center, but that line is often quite long, so if that is your preference, I encourage you to grab it before arriving.

Student Attendees
Recognizing all students may not have suits, and every industry has different expectations for dress, students will not be turned away for their attire. We’ve communicated a recommendation for business casual to business formal as the attire and for students to research the expectations where their interests lie to start forming their ability to make career decisions. Additionally, we are promoting early exposure to the Career & Internship Fair, so students are encouraged to attend even if they are not job seekers. A couple of first-year seminar professors shared they would bring their students through to get a feel for the event.
