Budget & Financial Planning Advisory Committee

Purpose:

The purpose of this advisory committee is to review the University’s financial position each month.  The members will identify and recommend cost-savings measures that can be implemented to cover all expenses.  The Committee will also work to identify alternative revenue streams that will further support the University’s long-term financial sustainability.

Financial Sustainability Suggestion Form:

As part of our ongoing efforts to foster open communication and empower our employees, we have created a Financial Sustainability Suggestion Form designed to give everyone a voice in the conversation.  This form is intended to be an easy and accessible way for employees to share their ideas on optimizing resources and ensuring financial sustainability at the University.

Please take a moment to submit your ideas using this survey tool.  All anonymous feedback will be shared with the Budget and Financial Planning Advisory Committee.  The Committee will assess viability of the submissions and share implementation recommendations with University leadership.
