All academic programs and interdisciplinary minors, as well as offices and units in the Division of Academic Affairs, are required to complete annual and periodic reviews. During the periodic review year, programs are not required to submit an annual report.
The Assessment Review Team (ART) is available for consultation regarding report writing. Please contact The Office of Academic Assessment to make an appointment.
Note: Coordinators of accredited programs should submit their initial accreditation reports, annual accreditation updates, and reaccreditation reports to email@example.com. Following receipt of the reaccreditation reports, the Office of the Provost will schedule a "close the loop" meeting.
*These reports take the place of annual periodic review reports that non-accredited programs submit to the Office of the Provost. This is the case even if reaccreditation takes place on a cycle other than every 5-6 years.
