Presidential Charge to the Strategic Planning Steering Committee

Stockton University’s Strategic Planning Steering Committee is charged with developing a broad, comprehensive, and collaborative institutional strategic planning document that will guide the University’s planning and decision-making process through 2025.  Working closely with the strategic planning consulting firm DumontJanks, the Steering Committee will utilize the University’s mission, vision, guiding principle, and values in the development of a new strategic plan. The Steering Committee will fully engage with stakeholders to establish strategic direction and develop long-range priorities in support of student, academic, and facility needs. The result of this comprehensive and shared governance process will be a coherent and aspirational document that clearly matches the University’s mission and financial position with its long-range opportunities and priorities.
