last day of the semester.
Adjustments
Faculty may change their course open and close dates in both Ultra courses and Original Experience courses. If a course must be selectively re-opened for one or several students, please reach
out to the Help Desk for assistance.
Archive Schedule
After 2 years, academic course sections - as well as grade and submission data contained within them - are archived and removed from Blackboard each Fall semester during Advising. To request access to a course that has been archived, fill out our Archive Restoration Request Form. Archived sections are retained for 7 years by the University; to retain and restore course section archives beyond that time frame, you must follow our Course Archive tutorial before 7 years have elapsed.
