Dean Kleinsmith oversees the academic programs, faculty, and all BUSN operations.

Esther C. Lawrence, Ed.D

Assistant Dean Lawrence manages course scheduling, resolves student issues, executes BUSN events, supervises BUSN website and social media maintenance and marketing the business school.

Susan Wallace

Susan is the Secretary to the Dean and handles candidate searches, faculty personnel files, supports the Assistant Dean with the coordination of events and manages the office staff.

Daniela McCarthy

Daniela coordinates course materials, handles student issues, processes teaching evaluations, is support staff for the Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management Studies Program, is the BUSN website and social media content creator and marketing specialist for the School of Business.

Donna Hauer

Donna's responsibilities include accreditation reporting and maintenance, guiding the assessment process, coordination of internship activities, dual-degree student/faculty support.

Tara Marsh

Tara works directly with the HTMS faculty and students to help coordinate their required internships for the program, maintaining their paperwork, retaining relationships with current employers, and establishing new contacts for internships.

Catherine Avgerinos

Catherine fields calls, coordinates faculty syllabi and resumes, helps handle student issues, and program support for the CSCI and CIST.

Christy Engelhardt

Christy supports all BUSN budget processes including travel and requisitions. If you need to purchase something or will be attending a conference, etc., please speak to Christy directly. 

Caitlin Byrne

Caitlin fields calls, helps with student issues, and is program support for MBA, MHAL, ACCT, BUSA, BSNS, FINA, MKTG, MGMT and ESPM.
