Ms. Nadira Anderson, Student Trustee Alternate

Ms. Nadira Anderson, a Bergenfield High School graduate of the class of 2017, is a sophomore dual degree major in Sociology and Political Science at Stockton University.  

Ms. Anderson served as a Student Senator of the Governmental Affairs Committee before running for the Board of Trustees Student Alternate position, which she won.  She is also an active member and External Affairs representative of Stockton University's Model United Nations club.  

A Dean's list student, Ms. Anderson is also a recipient of the Paul E. Raether Family Honor Scholarship and an awardee of the Outstanding Position Paper (UNCTAD) in the National Model United Nations DC conference of 2017.  She is especially passionate about the success of students and political engagement on campus hopes to one day create a scholarship in her name for students dual majoring in the social sciences. 

Ms. Anderson's future goals include grad school and then law school after graduating from Stockton University.  She is excited for the opportunity to serve her fellow Stockton students and the University as the Student Trustee Alternate.
